The Clippers come into this game playing very well as of later winning their last 4 out of 5 games with a marquee road win over the Celtics a week ago. They’re 3-2 against the spread in those most recent games so they might be winning but not necessarily dominating per oddsmakers standards. Ivica Zubac is listed as questionable and that could be a problem since the clippers have been really good offensively using James Harden in the pick and roll with Zubac they’ve ranked top in the league in scoring.
Miami Heat
The Heat come into this game having won their last 2 games. However they the Heat did just have a 7 game losing streak before that. The Heat in their last 5 games are 2-3 against the spread. The heat rank 7th in the NBA per defensive points allowed and they do well against the pick and roll which the clippers do excel in as of late. The last time these 2 teams met the clippers won handily 121-104 keep in mind Jimmy Butler did not play that game.This should be an entertaining afternoon matchup in Miami today. I do think that if Zubac plays the clippers have an advantage. It would all come down to how the heat defend them.
