Current line: Warriors (-2) at Jazz
The warriors and Jazz both come into this game off back to backs and it’s their 3rd game in 4 days for both teams.
Golden State Warriors:
The warriors have been playing much better defense as of late and are coming off a loss to the clippers last night. Before the clipper game the warriors had won their last 5 games before then. I think a lot of this has to do with the defensive intensity picking up as the season goes for the warriors. They will have a tough task as they Visit the Jazz on Thursday night as we all know Utah is not an easy place to play a road game at. The Warriors are 4-1 in their last 5 games ATS.
Utah Jazz:
The Jazz come in off 3 straight losses their most recent was a drubbing last night at the hands of the Lakers. They have had a tough schedule in this last 3 games facing a hot lakers team. The warriors before them and the suns. Before those losses they did have big wins against a very good Thunder team and a bucks team that didn’t have Damian Lillard that game. I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that the Jazz will have a shot at covering the spread tonight. They have covered in 61.5% of their games at home like I said earlier the home cooking does them well in Utah. The Jazz seem to clearly play better at home so they’ll be up for it tonight knowing they have the All Star break ahead.
